Delivery Areas: www.stichkart.com delivers to all locations across UAE.
Delivery Charges: Delivery Charges will be visible to the customer at the time of checkout. www.stichkart.com may, from time to time and at its own discretion, offer free deliveries, conditional or unconditional.
Delivery Schedule: Delivery times can vary from 24 to 72 working hours. These delivery times may increase during the peak season. Working days will be from Sunday to Thursday.

Order Processing and Shipping: Once an order is placed and payment is verified, it will be processed for shipping. Orders will be dispatched within the delivery schedule mentioned above. The delivery date may vary based on the availability of the product and the delivery location.

Undeliverable Addresses: If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, www.stichkart.com will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the order. Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete address details at the time of placing the order.

Please note that the customer may refuse delivery of visibly damaged items at the time of delivery.
